After a decade in corporate IT as a Cyber Project Manager, I thought I understood loyalty. I showed up, worked hard, and believed in what I was doing.

Then I got laid off. Along with hundreds of other "committed" employees.

That's when I realized: No matter how loyal you are to a corporation, they'll never have the same commitment to you. When it's time to cut costs, you're just a number on a spreadsheet.

But instead of climbing back onto the corporate ladder, I saw a different path. I could take everything I learned working with Fortune 500 companies and use it to help the people who actually matter - my neighbors, my community, the small business owners who are fighting an unfair fight every day.

Here's the truth: Big corporations have unlimited budgets for websites, marketing, and technology. Small businesses are expected to compete with a fraction of the resources. That's not a fair fight.

That's why I started EZ Web Work. To level the playing field. To give local businesses the same professional digital tools that the big guys have - without the big guy prices.
